On top of a small cliff in the second area, near a water spring, you can find this fella propped up on the precipice. Follow it and go through the door, then hover counter-clockwise around the edge until you find its cute little face. To the left of the first archway near the end of the area, you can see the back of the Boom Gordo down to the left.
